Why "small"?
My favorite acceptance I've received read: "We like these weird little poems very much, and if they are still available, we would like to publish them in the next issue." I felt so seen, both in terms of my writing [consistently "weird little" things] and in terms of the work I am drawn to. I wanted to create a place where the weird little things could be celebrated.
